We understand your schedule is packed. Between practices, classes, and games, your time is valuable. That’s why we make joining Phi Sig a complement, not a conflict, to your athletic life. We respect your commitment to your sport,  and we’re here to support you through it.

Here’s what sets us apart for student-athletes like you:
* Food, we feed you! We provide in-house meals 5 nights per week. Your average dinner is $20 per night, costing about $1600 per semester, $3200 per year.  With us, you save money, and we cook for you
* Housing cost: We are up to 4 thousand per semester, cheaper than the NIU residence halls. And yeah, our property is actually cleaned every day
* Housing amenities:  We include all utilities, internet, dues, computer lab, study spaces, quiet spaces, recreational spaces, on-site parking, on-site laundry, social spaces, outdoor chill spaces, spacious rooms, and much, much more
* We stand with you: win or lose. Our brothers are in the stands, on the field, and behind you every step of the way.
* Academic & personal support. Our members represent a wide range of majors and backgrounds, ready to help you succeed in the classroom and in life.
* Scholarships & financial support. We invest in our brothers’ success, offering opportunities to ease the cost of college.
* Lifelong connections. Phi Sig connects you to an expansive alumni network, including former NIU athletes who mentor, hire, and open doors after graduation.
