~ Confirm each Affiliate has met ALL requirements to participate in the Initiation Ritual
   ~ Tabulate House Duties (6)
   ~ Tabulate "ALL House" Duties (6)
   ~ Tabulate Dinner Crews (6)
   ~ Tabulate Study table hours (36)
   ~ Tabulate Community Service/Philanthropy Hours (6)
  ~ Tabulate ALL Points awarded
   ~ Confirm membership in an outside organization (GPS)
   ~ Confirm any strikes (if applicable - Sentinel)
   ~ Confirm payment of all fees owed to PSK (New member fee, social, initiation, etc. - Sentinel)
   ~ Confirm all affiliates have signed the alumni housing contract
